Wedding Day at The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in London

A little highlight blog of a Holborn Wedding at The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, mixed with a super fun happy wedding party. It is commonly known as Gray’s Inn, as one of the four Inns of Court (professional associations for barristers and judges) in London. Being a London wedding photographer gives me great advantage of photographing the weddings in some amazing venues. This venue is one of photographers dreams; the ceremony room looked incredible, dark wooden panels, great lighting and stunning paintings on the wall. The setting of that room reminded me of Harry Potter’s movie.

Bridal preparation in Camden

The morning for me started with some bridal prep in Camden where I witnessed an amazing welcome blended in with all sorts of emotion. There was a lot of love and laughter shared between Sophie, her mum and bridesmaid.

Sergio, on the other hand, went to the grooms place a bit further up north London.

Holborn Wedding Day

The wedding took place on a very mild, late November afternoon with some blue skies peeking through the clouds.  We were very fortunate with the weather all day. Rain started late in the evening just before we were to take last shots of the bride and groom.

Stephen is Australian and he had some of his dearest family and friends that flew over to share their day with them.

The bride and groom played some games before the speeches and speeches were full of emotion and humour which then led us on to the cake cutting and finally party time! The dancing was full on, lot’s of laughter and emotions.

Sophie and Stephen thank you once again for allowing us to capture your amazing wedding day.
